Day of Coordinating
Wedding Day Management
The Day-Of Coordination package, is perfect for the couples who need someone to pull all the details together and be their event day director to see their vision come true. Service begins two months prior to the event/wedding, including a thorough consultation, where we will review your vendor contracts and develop a timeline for the event/wedding day.
Your coordinator will oversee all aspects of the event/wedding from setup and décor to clean up for a
10-hour day of package.
Partial Planning
Partial planning involves us at least halfway through the planning process and help you book your remaining vendors. We’ll gather everything you’ve already completed, go through it, and organize it all. We assist in floor plan design and seating arrangements, day-of timeline, liaison between you and your vendors, and other details that would otherwise stress you out and prevent you from also enjoying your special day!
Full Planning
Our Full Coordination package is the ultimate package to assist you from beginning to end, offering everything you need. You’ll be provided with one-on-one assistance and we’ll step in as soon as you want us to help you make your vision a reality and book the perfect vendors to make that happen within your given budget. You’ll get to enjoy the entire planning process stress-free without worrying about a million details. All aspects of the event/wedding are gone over in detail, including designs and inspirations to fulfill the vision of the client for your big day.
